Ingredients
Red Cabbage - slice finely
Onion - slice finely
Sesame Seeds - toast them freshly
Tuna - 1 small can
Dressing:
Soysauce 3 Tbsp
Olive Oil 3 Tbsp
Wasabi (1.5 inches)
Slice the red cabbage thinly and put into the salad bowl.
Pour dressing over the red cabbage and toss a bit.
Put the tuna on top, then onions, then freshly toasted sesame seeds.
Enjoy!

Lentil Stew
You've really got to make this with Iberico sausages or it doesn't quite turn out the way you want it to. The difference is so huge - it's definitely worth spending a few more euros buying these sausages than the other variety.
I for one won't even think about making this stew anymore if I can't find any Iberico sausages.
